Oloroso with Chocolate
Type: Oloroso sweet wine, with oxidative ageing for 10 years, in American oak barrels, following the “criaderas y soleras” system, with dark chocolate.
Grape Variety: 75% Garrido Fino – 25% Pedro Ximenez
Tasting Notes: Dark mahogany colour, aromas of sweet Pedro Ximénez and dark chocolate. Soft and balanced flavour with sweet notes of Pedro Ximénez and certain bitterness coming from the dark chocolate.
Serving Suggestions: Serve cold between 16º to 18º temperature.
Gastronomy: It is recommended with escabeches, foies, cured and blue cheeses and rochefort cheese and with all kind of desserts
