TASTING NOTES:
Appearence: A yellow straw colour with soft green glints; clean and clear with a firm tear.
Nose: Intense aroma, worth highlighting are its notes of biological aging and olives, while floral, nutty with hints of iodine.
Taste: Powerful and flavoursome to the mouth, saline notes providing fresh sensations. A long and very elegant aftertaste.

PAIRING: 
Ideal as an aperitif or with tapas. For a more daring match combine with shellfish, fried fish, fish consommés and white meats.
